Contribution rules

1. By donating, you confirm that:

   • The contribution is made from your own funds

   • You are not a foreign national

   • The contribution complies with all applicable laws

   • Individuals may donate any amount under Indiana law

   • There are no maximum contribution limits for individual donors in local elections

   • Contributions are accepted from individual U.S. citizens and residents

   • Donations from businesses or organizations may be subject to additional legal requirements

   • Corporate contributions are limited and may require the use of a Political Action Committee (PAC)
